Which countries do you deliver to?
Our items are shipped to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany.
When will my order be delivered?
We ship our products on the same day as standard, provided you order before 21:00. You will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail as soon as your package is given to the carrier. You will receive this e-mail before 22:00 in the evening.
Which postal company will ship my order?
Our packages are shipped with DHL.
Can I enter a PO Box as a delivery address?
Unfortunately this is not an option, DHL does not deliver to PO boxes.
When will my package arrive?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. In this confirmation you will find a link with which you can track the package.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are €5.95 within the Benelux and Germany.
If you order wood, we will ship it to you free of charge .
Pallets and orders over 100kg will be assessed separately.

Complaints
Are you not satisfied with your order? At Firetasty we value satisfied customers. If you are not satisfied, please contact our customer service. We will then look for a solution together. Send an e-mail to service@firetasty.com
Returns
You can return your order up to 14 days after receiving the order. We do not provide return labels, you bear the costs for a return shipment yourself.

After receiving your return, you will receive a refund within 3 working days.
Please note, do not stick a shipping label directly on the box of your label printer or products. Furthermore, the shipping costs of your order will not be credited.
