How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed via our website www.firetasty.com. For this you need an account, which you can easily create via the website. You can then add the desired products to your shopping cart and pay for them at the checkout. You can pay for your order using various payment methods.

What payment options are available?

We work with all major payment methods such as ideal, mastercard and paypal. All payments are processed securely via the Shopify payment system.

How can I see if my order has been received correctly?

In My Firetasty you can easily track your order. Here you can see if you still need to take action yourself. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link to track your shipment. If you have any questions, you can reach us on working days between 08:30-17:00 via +31 (0)654271561 or info@firetasty.com.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are free for orders of various types and packages of wood.

For other products, shipping costs are free for an adjustment above €75.
For orders under €75, you pay €5.95 per order.

This applies to the Benelux and Germany.

When can I expect my order from Firetasty?

Orders placed Monday through Friday and paid for before 9:00 PM will be shipped the same day and will normally be delivered to your home the next day within the Netherlands.

For orders to Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg we allow 2 days for shipping.

On which days do you deliver?

As a rule, we only deliver on working days, but DHL also offers the option of Saturday delivery. There are additional costs involved. This is only possible within the Netherlands. Can I also pick up my order from you?

If you pick up your order, you can pick it up one day earlier than when it is delivered on location. As soon as your order is ready for you, you will receive an email from us. You can then pick up your order on weekdays between 8:30 and 17:00 at Firetasty at Nijverheidsstraat 16, 7482 GZ in Haaksbergen. Do you have any questions about picking up your order? Climate neutral delivery by DHL

Orders placed with Firetasty are delivered climate neutral by DHL. DHL is committed to reducing CO2 emissions as much as possible throughout the entire logistics process: from the moment your package is picked up at Firetasty until the delivery person arrives at your door. For example, as many packages as possible are delivered with electric vans, or the cars run on the sustainable fuel HVO100: a change that you don't see, but is much better for the environment. DHL and Zolemba compensate for the residual emissions through the GoGreen program. Thanks to Gold Standard projects in developing countries, we not only compensate for the residual emissions, but also contribute to the promotion of the local economy. DHL is also committed to nature restoration in Europe. With investments in large-scale reforestation projects, important ecosystems are restored and biodiversity is promoted. The projects also offer social and economic benefits to the local community. The ultimate goal is to no longer cause CO2 emissions.

When can I return my items?

You can return your order within 14 days after receiving the items, if the following conditions are met:

  • The items are undamaged.
  • The items are unused and complete.
  • The item is in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • The articles are not manufactured according to one's own individual choices or decisions and specifications, or they are not clearly intended for a specific person.

How do I return my items?

A return can be reported by phone or email. Indicate during your request which order and products it concerns. Also state the reason for return.

In case of a complaint, please add a photo so we can quickly determine the cause. When your return request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation with an RMA form. Without an RMA form, we will not process your return.

Then send your return shipment including RMA form to:

We will send an email when we have received the items. We will then refund the purchase amount. The costs for returning are for the buyer of the items. The shipping costs already made by Firetasty will not be credited.
The purchase amount will be refunded within 10 working days. If you have not received it within this period, please contact our customer service.

When 14 days have passed, we are not obliged to accept returns. Legally, notification of complaints must be made within a reasonable time. Our General Terms and Conditions state that we consider 30 days as a reasonable time.

What are the return costs?

The shipping costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. You can send the package with a carrier of your choice.
Shipping costs already incurred by Firetasty will not be credited.
